Romeo and Juliet

Alea stood on the cliff and sighed. Her hands were on her hips as she gazed out into the sunsetting sky. Romeo. Romeo, where art thou my Romeo?"

Armageddon ran, as fast as he possibly could. Someone, or something, was chasing him. Oh, the thrill of the hunt! He barrelled forward, wishing that he had bigger lungs. The thing that was chasing him sped up. Armageddon tried, but instead, he tripped and landed on his face. Thinking as fast as he could, knowing that he was near the ocean, he summoned some water and lifted himself off the ground, like a matress. The air carried him swiftly, quickly, to the ocean, and after seeing a familiar face, he plunged into the dark blue waters and plummeted to his death.

He pushed to the surface and gasped for some air. The thing that was chasing him had probably stopped to eat Alea now. He couldn't let anything happen to her. So he shot out of the water, looking like a drenched cat, and ran toward the thing before it could touch Alea. He summoned his scythe and tackled the guy, before rolling off and bringing the weapon down in front of him, lodging it into the thing's chest. Whatever it was, it was hostile. Now, it was dead. Breathing heavily, Armageddon fell back onto his butt. It was official. He was so tired he could barely breathe.

Alea whirled around as Armageddon slayed the beast. Her heart skipped a beat as she stared at him. "Speak of the devil..."

"And the devil... will... appear." Armageddon was trying to atch his breath. Stupid things. He was lucky that no one was harmed. Perhaps sometime he could go out on his own and not have someone or something do something creepy? The boy wiped the sweat from his forehead and looked at Alea. "Hello. Sorry... about... that." Stupid, evil, dumb, vicious beast. Why did that ALWAYS happen?

Alea raised an eyebrow. "What was that all about anyway? I mean, you just jumpped off a cliff! Isnt that just a little dangerious?" Alea's mind filled with questions. Why did that always happen when he was around?

"Of course it's dangerous! I was running for my life. Down the cliff is water. I control water. I had a soft landing." Armageddon brushedhis hair out of his face. He was sure that he'd never ran that fast in his entire life. Perhaps if he worked at running faster he could win a race or something. "Wait a second... if you thought that as dangerous then you care about me! Yay! I have a buddy!" Armageddon grinned.

Alea put her hands on her hips. "Wait a minute. I never said I was your buddy. And I also never said anything about caring about you either." A small smile lit up her face.

"It's a simple assumption, silly. You said it was dangerous, therefore I took it as being a sign that you are a 'buddy', or friend." Armageddon grinned, pushing his damb hair away from his face. He hated running. He hated getting soaked to the bone. He was a hateful little twerp. But he didn't care. Armageddon stood up and looked at Alea. "I need to change my clothes. These things are clinging to me and making random places sore."

Alea raised an eyebrow. "Ummm...... Ok, but not here. I'd kill you." She really hoped he wouldn't here and now. It would be way strange.

Armageddon took off his jacket, and then his shirt. Bare-chested and exposed, he looked at his pants. "Public indecency isn't going on my record today." So he just took off the soaking wet jeans and left on his shorts, which were also soaked, but hung looser and didn't cling. He looked at Alea and raised an eyebrow. "Your turn." He said this in all seriousness, and then he cracked up. That was a good one. he knew he would probably get smacked, but it was worth it. Running a hand through his hair, he shook it like a dog. The water droplets flew everywhere, and now his hair was fluffy and perty. Blinking rapidly, he looked at the elf.

"You don't happen to have an extra shirt or anything, do you?" He doubed it, but it would be rather fun to run around in a coconut bra....

Alea smacked him hard across the face. "You are sooo teribile!! And no I dont have an extra shirt!" She stared to stalk away. "You're such a creep!!"

Armageddon laughed, even though he did get slapped. "I'm sorry! Simply put, I couldn't control the urge!" He truly was sorry, but it was still funny. Perhaps he should stop saying that stuff to girls. The boy grinned caught up to Alea, walking beside her. Was it just him, or was it really cold out here? It was kind of funny, because he was walking next to someone in his boxers... he started laughing again. Shaking his head, he wiped a tear from his eye and looked at the girl. "Oh, c'mon! Don't be so grumpy! Have a little fun. Laughter is good for you."

Alea rolled her eyes. "You couldn't controll the urge? What urge? And I am not grumpy, just annoyed!"

"Whaddya mean, what urge? The stupid urge that stupid males get when they have the stupid idea of saying something STUPID. That urge." Armageddon shook his head. He wasn't even being as annoying as he could be. ALthough, he was kind of glad that she didn't mind walking next to a dude with just his boxers on. It would be kind of freaky to a bystander, but oh well.

Alea rolled her eyes. "Oh, yea. You're right, you are stupid." Alea walked a little faster, inside, freaking out about Armageddon stripping in front of her.

The boy looked at Alea. He sped up when she did, wondering what was wrong. He probably had freaked her out. But he didn't care. He had gotten too hot and sticky, which wasn't a good thing. He grinned and kept pace. "You know, I think we should go to my house and get me some clothes. And then we can continue our little walk." The grin widened. He curved off and meandered around the trees, toward his house.
