Moonlight Madness (Yumi)

"Delancey, halt. Hover and retreat." The ball of light dimmed, and then diminished completely. The only light was the light from the moon. Tien studied the demon for a minute, not really knowing what to do about him. If he tried anything... was she allowed to kill people? Not really, so that made it even worse. "Just because one is tense doesn't nessecarily mean that they have bad manners, demon. I don't see why I would welcome you, either, as that could possibly be taken as special treatment. I like to treat everyone equally." The girl blinked, her green eyes looking dull in the light from the spring. This was going to be tiring, she could tell. Just that tone of voice he used made her skin crawl. Tien stared at him, unwavering, wondering what he would do next. She had never been good at anticipating that kind of thing.

The demon just chuckled at her reaction. "Why are you so tense? Does being around me bother you that much? " He asked half hearted. He knew the answer already. "My name is Akuma. So please call me that instead of 'demon'. Now enough about me tell me about you. What is your name?" As he talked he slowly approached her. Testing her to see exactly what she would do if anything. The girl had quite the attitude and wit. This would be very insteresting.

"That happens to be a rather ridiculous question. I think that a lot of people know better than to trust a demon." Tien smiled lightly, a cute little grin that made her seem a bit overconfident. The girl came out of the water, picking up her skirt slightly so that it didn't slow her down. "I will call you what you wish, I suppose. Although my name isn't any of your buisness, it happens to be Tien." She took a few steps toward the demon, thinking it not to be smart, but she refused to be afraid. She was positive that little harm would come to her, but, demons were rather... unpredicatble would probably be the best word to use. The girl stood there, studying Akuma's appearance. The typical hopes to decieve someone. That was rather funny, to the angel, at least. Wearing white. Perhaps she should bring up a few little comments about that? No, that would be rude.

Akuma watched the girl in amusement as she came toward him. She seemed to be brave...or stupid he wasn't sure which yet. "You must be a real hit up in heaven for your snarky attitude. I wonder what happened to angels being nice and forgiving." He came closer so that he was right in front of her. "So now your going to judge people by their race? That is really unfair. For all you know i could have gotten salvation and became good." The demon replied mockingly to her comment about trusting demons. He caught her looking at him and smiled. "white is a lovely color isn't it?"

Tien found herself smiling at that comment. "That bit is somehow hard to explain, but really. I do try to treat people equally." She took into consideration the bit about salvation, but somehow, she still found herself not believing that. She didn't see anyone who would go out of their way to change. He didn't even seem guilty for anything, either. All the better, she supposed. "White? Sure, I suppose you could consider it a lovely color, although it is a bit plain. I prefer bright, happy colors like yellow, orange, blues, and pinks." She was going to stand by her opinions and keep her mind set. There was no use trying to hide who she was. There was no use for Akuma to do that, either. It wouldn't be worth it.

Then without warning he pulled her close and kissed her. The demon broke the kiss and smiled. "You talk to much about silly things." This would be fun playing with an angel girl. "Your a pretty young girl aren't you." He said grinning wickedly. He half wondered what the angel was doing here so late at night. That was not normal it must have been something awfully impostent.

Tien gasped when he pulled her close and kissed her, then yanked herself away and put up and invisibe barrier. Her own personal space bubble that he couldn't see nor feel unless he touched it. "Nothing is too silly to talk about." She wiped the germs off her lips, the wiped them from her hand and onto the ground. She'd grant him one thing; he was charismatic. Messing around with people like that would get him nowhere. She glared at him. "I don't care about how I look. Looks don't matter. Appearances decieve people. You for one should know that." The girl stared at him, that normal blank expression on her face. She just stared and stared, without even stopping to blink. She had been referred to as 'One Freakish Child' before, and wasn't afraid to be called that again.

Akuma laughed at her comment. "How very perceptive of you. I do love smart people like you." He gently prodded her bubble. "How fascinating." He drawled before bursting it. The demon crossed his arms and waited for her next move. Hearing her talk was oddly fascinating her witty remarks reminded him of the necromancer. "A bit late for light beings like you isn't it? Any particular reason why you are here at this hour?"

Stupid demons. Curse all of those impure little snots. What lovely thoughts for an angel! She would really have to be forgiven for that, and would probably be punished for saying so. "Leave my bubble alone!" She stepped away, this time throwing up a bubble that was visible. One that was blue and sparkled with an electrical current. She couldn't wait for him to touch this one. She glared at him for a moment, and then decided to answer his question. Trying to be polite, as always. "Why do you ask so many questions? What concern is it of yours? Anywho, I'm here because this is where I live. I try not to stray too far away." That was nice. She just gave him an idea of where she was usually located.

The demon smirked at what the girl said. " I'm just curious. Nothing wrong with wanting to gain knowledge right?" He looked at her in mock sadness. "Now why are you so mean. What have i done? Sorry about your bubble. It was just so nice and squishy...........much like your breast look." He smiled pervertedly at the last statement. It was hard to believe that this girl was an angel. Haven must be getting desperate if their slacking their usually high standards. Messing with angels was so much fun they were just so deliciously predictable.

Tien shook her head. He was pretty well pathetic, but she didn't really want to voice that aloud. That would be simply stooping to a lower level. At least she was trying to be nice. She wasn't exactly experienced in the art of talking with people whom she was born despising. The girl didn't really know what to say to that, so she just shook her head in despair. There was no hope for one such as him, and for that she felt pity. If he were to be saved it would take lots and lots of work. Lots and lots of precious time. The angel looked up and stared at him for a long moment, before looking away. "You've probably heard this before, but that statement was uncalled for, inappropriate, and wrong. One shouldn't go about making such statements."

Akuma laughed at that statement. "What could be wrong about stating the obvious? Besides breasts are normal so why not talk about them? You angels make up far to many silly rules." He came closer until he reached the water. He wasn't ready to attempt to go near that yet and his head ache was starting to get worse. "Well Tien it was nice meeting you but i must be off. Coming here was just a little training exercise for me. But don't worry i'm sure we will meet again soon. " The demon said getting ready to leave. He stopped before crossing the barrier and smiled as he got quite an evil thought. "I'd watch out for that hybrid kid if I were you he is not as innocent as he seems. Actually he is with me and my necromancer friend." Then he left her with that thought. The pest ruined the plan he and astreal had, so this was a little payback. If Akuma wasn't going to be happy the kid wasn't either.

Tien listened to his comment, shocked at what he had said about the boy. He couldn't be that bad. He didn't even seem horrible! Then again, appearances were decieving. She stared at the water, green eyes shining in the reflected light. There was no way that kid was evil. Sure, not everyone was completely innocent, but it wasn't like he had done an astounding amount of horrid things in his life. The girl moved closer to the water and dipped her feet in quietly, kicking them back and forth. Delancey reappeared, and the angel sat there in thought until she got tired and went to bed.
