::Special Abilities?:: Weilds a sword that can bring humans back to life, Tenseiga. It’s most powerful attack is Meidô Zangetsuha. ("dark path of the dawn's moon blast") It is a technique that creates a path that sends anyone who is hit with it directly to hell, killing them without actually harming them. The technique originally belonged to Shishinki, one of Inu no Taishô's past enemies. He stole the technique from him and had it in the Tetusaiga. However, he thought it was too dangerous for InuYasha (since he planned to pass the Tetusaiga on to him), so he cast it off to Tenseiga, because he knew Sesshômaru would be able to master it, and to give him the power to protect, not just to kill. The Meidô Zangetsuha creates a massive black circle that will send a entire body into hell, leaving no trace left behind. However, when Sesshômaru was first learning to use the technique, the Meidô will take the form of a black cresent moon that only sent a part of a person into hell along with their soul; stronger opponents may be uneffected by the cresent Meidou. As Sesshômaru gained strength, the Meidô grew until it became a perfect circle.

Also weilds a sword called Bakusaiga. (Explosive Crushing Fang) It was created from Sesshômaru's own body, once he abandoned his lust for Tetusaiga. The Bakusaiga came from Sesshômaru's body attached to his finally regenerated arm. It is nearly unique in that it is one of two yôkai swords in the InuYasha universe not forged from a yôkai's fang. It is Sesshômaru's final signature sword. It's power and ability is a powerful energy wave capable of annihilating thousands of demons with one strike. The relentless nature of the energy wave results in a widespread chain of destruction that reduces anything caught in its wake to crumbling remains, to where the destructive effect persists and transfer to anything said remains come into contact with, destroying them in return.

::Appearance:: Sesshomaru is extremely tall. His hair is a silvery white, goes down past his butt. His eyes are a stunning gold, Edward Cullen color. Sesshomaru is of a pale complexion. His ears are pointed like an elf’s. On his face, what looks to be paint, are both a crescent moon and four marks that look like scratches. He wears white clothing with red accents, and a piece of armor over his left shoulder. Over his right shoulder is a fluffy white thing that is a part of his body.
::Personality:: Sesshomaru is deathly quiet and serious. He rarely speaks, and when he does, it seems rather evil. He has compassion, but he doesn’t show it. Only to a small human girl named Rin, and she is long since gone. He has had it out for his half brother, Inuyasha, ever since he got the more powerful sword. Now he simply acts as if he hates everyone and everything. He is hard to get along with, unless you somehow appeal to him. Very few people trust him, very few go near him unless having too. He is intimidating. He doesn’t show man emotions unless they happen to be disappointment, dissatisfaction, slight annoyance, or boredom.

::History:: Sesshomaru is the son of the powerful Inu no Taishou. Since Inu no Taishou is considered to be a Great Demon lord or (taiyōkai), Sesshoumaru is, technically speaking, a Taiyoukai himself. He often appears aloof and indifferent, and rarely shows any emotions other than slight annoyance or dissatisfaction. He thinks highly of himself and is cruel to most others, though he is protective of his underlings (however, he tries to hide this). Sesshoumaru cares little for others, and thinks of most humans in particular as mere mortals that are, while at times amusing, ultimately expendable.

::Other:: Attacks: Dokkasou basically translates as "Toxic Flower Claw." This is probably one of the first techniques we see him use, and throughout the series, we get to see some various forms or versions of it. Like Inuyasha, Sesshoumaru also has claws- but unlike Inuyasha, Sesshoumaru has more use for his claws than just slashing. By using his claws, he can execute strong poisonous attacks on his opponent- which is so powerful that it is capable of melting his target (and pretty much everything else around it). Upon the attack, Sesshoumaru can also often be heard exclaiming "Dokkasou" or announcing that he's about to annihilate the enemy with his Dokkasou.

Aside from using his claws for executing poisonous attacks, he's also able to make some sort of a whiplash look-alike thing come out of his fingers. It's basically some greenish white swirl that looks and works like a whip as you see in the picture. I'm not sure how it comes out (it just does) but he appears to control it with his two forefingers and doesn't seem to take much effort on his part in executing it.

When in need, transform! XD Sesshoumaru is a dog demon and therefore he is capable of changing in to his true form which, of course, is a huge dog. For more information on the transformation itself, you can refer to my section on transforming. Here I will only touch on how he attacks after he enters his dog mode.
In his massive dog form, he is even more intimidating and powerful than his "human" form. Needless to say, his strength multiplies by quite a bit and well...being that big, it's not like a coupla punches will actually have much effect in terms of hurting him. On top of that, his ability to execute poisonous attacks also carries over into this form. However, instead of coming out of his claws, it alternated to dripping off his mouth. He basically salivates some major toxic stuff- which in turn melts away and burn whatever's sitting on the floor under his jaw. Scary stuff. The fumes of the poison is also incredibly toxic and is fatal to whoever breathes it in.

Yes, it seems there are some uses for the mysterious piece of fur that's constantly wrapped around his right shoulder. Apparently, he's able to manipulate it for many uses. He can curl and uncurl it at free will, as well as, make it grow in size in order to elevate him into the air and float away. The fur can sometimes be seen trailing behind him like a stream of cloud as he moves across the sky.
The fur can also be pretty strong as Sesshoumaru has used it to swat Inuyasha and the Tessaiga away like a fly. In one battle with Inuyasha, he had also used the fur to wrap around and squeeze Inuyasha as shown in the illustrated picture. Right after that scene, he basically unwrapped the fur and sent Inuyasha crashing away forcefully. So what else can it do? He's used it to sleep on and it looks quite comfy to me.
Unfortunately, we do not know for sure what it is though his fans are often bent on pinpointing it. There has been some speculations about what it is..and it seems the most popular conclusion is that it's his tail or some part of his dog form's fur. I've even heard a joke that it's his armpit hair. I sure hope that's not the case as it would be quite scary, especially if it's only growing out of his right arm. @_@;

Dragon Strike: It is his signature move but it is mainly seen in the movies (three times in the third and twice in the fourth).Its strength is comparable, if not greater, to his brother's Bakuryûha (Backlash Wave). The Dragon Strike takes on the form of a dragon-like lighting by Sesshomaru waving his sword in the air and from there it takes form. He can also put in the ground which allows him break an enemy's barrier. Unlike the Wind Scar or Backlash Wave, however, this attack is born of Sesshomaru's own power rather than that of a sword, as he is seen using it with both the Tokijin and Tenseiga in the third movie. In the second episode of Inuyasha: The Final Act, Sesshomaru used the Dragon Strike on Mouryoumaru with the Tôkijin
Flight: Ability to hover in the sky or generate a sparkling dust cloud to ride on.
Poison Immunity: Sesshomaru is immune to all kinds of poison.
Super Endurance: Sesshomaru is able to resist pain better than most demons.
Super Speed: Ability to move at blinding speed in short bursts, Sesshomaru can move faster than the eye can see, both on land and through the air. When he does this in the anime, he leaves behind a fast-moving blur and in some cases, after-images. He can also instantaneously close long distances without being detected by others.
Super Strength: Sesshomaru possesses physical strength far beyond that of a normal demon; he was able to easily lift InuYasha by the throat into the air with one hand in one of their earlier encounters. In addition, Sesshomaru was seen carrying the boulder-sized demon head of Goshinki in one hand with little to no effort. In the InuYasha profiles manga, Rumiko stated that Sesshomaru has Herculean strength, even with only one arm; his strength with only one arm is double that of InuYasha's full strength; InuYasha's strength allows him to lift a 9 to 10 ton boulder using one arm with little effort, so Sesshomaru would naturally be capable of lifting double that or far more with the same amount of effort.
Teleportation: He has the ability to morph into a ball of energy and move over great distances over a short amount of time.
Psionics: Though Sesshomaru's psionic capabilities have never been specifically quantified, he has demonstrated powerful feats of both telepathy and telekinesis in both the anime and manga. Examples of such being his ability to mentally levitate and fling skulls at InuYasha and Kagome in the 7th episode of the anime as well as his ability to overwhelm Goshinki's powerful telepathic aura in order to claim Tokijin as his own.
Daiyôkai: As the son of a great dog demon lord, naturally Sesshomaru is a far superior yôkai with heightened senses, intelligence and strength. While he appears to be an elf-eared human bearing splendid clothing and armour most of the time; he can transform into his true form at will, which is that of a gigantic acid-breathing flying canine with white fur (though he's only done this three times in the manga, but 2 times in the anime).
Immortality: Being a demon, Sesshomaru does not suffer from old age the way humans do. He appears to be a young man in his 20s. However, he has been around for over 200 years.
Healing Factor: Sesshomaru can heal faster then others but can not replace limbs as it is shown in the anime where he only has one arm because of Inuyasha cutting it off. Later on the anime, once Sesshomaru found the necessary strength to summon Bakusaiga, he gained the ability to regenerate. He not only regrew his lost arm but healed from severe wounds inflicted earlier.
