Trees.

"You're not exactly of fine quality yourself." Astareal, putting on a look of genuine fear, didn't know if she should start screaming. She was already talking loud enough to wake up the easy sleepers. A scream... that might over do it. Normal people wouldn't scream in a case like this, in fear that they would get the knife through their throat. Heck, some wouldn't even talk, whereas others would do their best to get the attacker before they died. "Get that knife any closer and I swear you'll regret it." Pulling away slightly, the woman glared at Akuma. Maybe she wasn't being as believable. Letting out the ear piercing sccream of help, she laughed quietly to herself. This was pathetic. Although, it would be interesting to see if people cared enough about random strangers as to get out of beds and check things out. A few lights started to turn on, along with a little noise that proved people were stirring.

Akuma kept his face serious and threatening but inside he was smiling. Things seemed to be going as expected. He could already hear people coming closer to see what was happening. The demon camer closer and faked an attack on Astreal to make things more belivable. so far he counted at least five people coming to cheack but he was certen that more were coming. Not surprisingly most were males. Knights comming to the rescue of the seemingly demsel in distress. This was almost predictably boring.

"This is too predicatable." Commenting under her breath, Astareal saw how Akuma was going to attack and safely dodged it, whilst making it look real. Squealing in horror, she sounded like a stuck pig. She found hersellf wanting to laugh at how stupid this was. How were they going to leave? Bow, wave, and run off into the woods? That was smart. Perhaps this wasn't as well thought out as she thought it had been. That was why there was such a thing as improvisation, however. With improv, nothing really mattered. Hopefully the people enjoyed the show. More and more were coming out, watching, and probably plotting on how to save her.

When more people came out Akuma began thinking of how they were going to get away. He hadn't expected Astreal to go along with it so he hadn't really planed this far. The people were starting to charge at him. Guess it was time to go....He quickly whispered to Astreal. "I think the show is done for now. Meet me at the village about east of here. " And with that he teleported away.

He hoped Astreal would have fun explaining the situation to all the people alone. She wouldn't be very happy with him for doing that...oh well. It was his way of getting a little revenge on her for making him look stupid those other times they met. Grinning he appeared near the village he told Astreal about. The demon wondered just what the girl would say to the crowed.........they will probably be grumpy and throw things at her for being woken up for nothing. At least he wouldn't have to worry about their next show not being believable, she would probably have real anger by the time she made it over.

"Holy sh--" Astareal exclaimed, seeing Akuma disappear. That was a close one. Looking at the people, she made a small, nervous face. "Guess that's why you don't walk through streets at night, right? Well, now I'm going to go though the woods to see what's happening there. I hope some other guy doesn't come out and try that. Heh heh." Rubbing the back of her head, Astareal started to hurry off into the woods. That had gone better than expected, although she could hear someone following her. What an idiot. Maybe she should've just went into death and brought back a few minions to help with these annoying civilians. Taking a quick left, she hid behind a large tree. As the unsuspecting person came up, she threw out her hand and backhanded them in the face. Peering around the corner, she noticed the teenager.

"You are the dumbest creature I've eve saw in my life."
"Can you blame me? I wanted to know what you and your idiot boyfriend were doing."
"Oh, you're so hilarious." Turning around, Astareal continued to walk toward the village where Akuma had said to meet him, Yrael following behind grumbling and rubbing his head. Cats. Perhaps she needed to take away the rest of his lives before he would leave?

Akuma waited for Astreal near the village. It was taking her longer then expected. Finally she showed up. He narrowed his eyes at the cat boy when he saw him. "Whats he doing here?" The demon asked slightly annoyed. The cat wasn't suppose to be here it would ruing everything. He smiled lightly "so how did the talk with the villagers go?" Now it was his turn to be the victim. This would be interesting and fun. Some how he doubted few people would come to save him. He was kind of tired now, he probably shouldn't have teleported but he really didn't feel like being crowded by annoying villagers.

"I was just leaving. I wanted to have a brief talk with this 'victim' of yours." Yrael smiled, a truly cat like little look, and went back into the woods. Astareal nodded to that comment, looking at Akuma a bit more seriously than usual. "He's trying to make up for ticking me off. And the villagers took it rather well, considering how I just turned around and left." She was better at avoiding things than anything else in the world. Might as well get this little idea out of the way and finished that way she could go elsewhere and relax for a little while before morning came. Tomorrow was a big day... she planned on sleeping all day and then terrorizing people with the dead that night. Fun, fun!

"Umm.... what exactly should I do? I couldn't pull off the rapist act... if I treid to mug you it would just be rather funny... like a pathetic little joke." If there was any time to get creative, it was now. If only she had a darker demeanor... although she was practically glow in the dark already, it wouldn't hurt to play up the freak portion of it. Maybe she could pretend to be a witch? Haha.

The demon rolled his eyes as the cat made a comment and left. At least it was leaving now so there shouldn't be anymore interference. It was a pity to hear that Astreal had to ruin his fun by just leaving instead of talking with a crowed of angry villagers.

Akuma chuckled to himself trying to picture her as a rapist. "As funny as it would be, i'm sure your right about not being able to pull off the rapist thing. Perhaps a homicidal maniac? I'm not sure what you could pretend to be that would be realistic. " Women just typically didn't play these kind of aggressive roles which is one of the reasons he was sure no one would come to try and save him. Lots of people would probably be curious and come and see what made a grown man scream. But once they see why they would probably walk away thinking that since he was a man he should be able to over power the women who was threatening his life. "Now remember for this test were suppose to be normal humans so no attacking me with zombies."

Snapping her fingers, Astareal huffed at the comment about 'no zombies'. "Dammit Akuma. Had to go and be normal." Smiling Astareal thought for a moment. Perhaps she could... realizing that she was still wearing her cloak, she pulled up her hood and tightened the draw strings. Thinking for another moment, she drew a dagger. "I'm just going to point this at you and try not to say much more until more people get here. You can just scream like a little girl while I formulate a little plan." Doing as she said she was, she let out an evil, menacing cackle/chuckle. Smiling to herself, Astareal shook her head. This was a little... strange.

Akuma tried to hide a laugh when she pulled the cloak over her head. "Well i suppose that makes you look scary. And i most certainly will not scream like a girl." The demon sighed and then screamed. He tried to make it as believable as he could so hopefully it would work. Now all Astreal had to do was be more convincing when people came. It would be interesting to see just how many people would come to save him. "Get away from me you creep!" He yelled at Astreal. What was taking people so long? If this was real he could have probably been dead by now.

Astareal couldn't help but laugh under her hood, making it seem evil enough to hide the true joy she was feeling in this situation. After about thirty seconds, one light came on. Slowly, one after the other, until people came out into the streets. One man just laughed pathetically and went back inside. A few others yelled shut up, whereas some decided to come over and watch the show. Astareal made it as believable as possible, and was glad the hood covered her face. As soon as one man interefered, Astareal stopped and looked at his hand on her arm. "Why are you touching me?" Apparently the man hadn't realized she was a woman because at the sound of her voice he removed his hand and backed away cautiously. Astareal took off the hood and faced the people, not forgetting about Akuma, of course. She was just otherwise occupied with the citizens. "Now, if you don't mind, I'm going to resume killing this man. Leave me alone while I do it or I'll take your children and burn your village."

Akuma tried his best to look tirrefied while waiting for people to come 'save' him. He nerrowed his eyes at the guy who laughed at him and went back home. The demon was going to make sure that guy suffered for laughing at him like that. Astreals remark about taking children and burning the villige made him want to laugh, but he risisted the urge. "Sombody save me from this maniac!" he yelled.

Not surprisingly most people just went back inside once they realise Astreal was a girl. This was nice........out of the twenty or so people that came out only about two of them seemed to care enough to try and do anything. For the next test he wanted to see if him having some sort of injury would make any difference. The results were quite clear that no one had any interest in saving a healthy grown man from a women but maybe if the man wern't so healthy?...He glanced at Astreal wainting for her to decide when she wanted to stop. She seemed to be enjoying this a bit too much.

"I happen to be a perfectly sane person you little twerp. Some peope just have different ways of making a living." Astareal was careful to not harm Akuma in the least, but from the way her hands were positioned, she managed to make it look like her knife was slowly cutting into his throat and she cut her finger to give it a little blood. Might as well leave him in perfect shape. She was a bit masochistic anyways. One of the people finally decided to stop watching and act, and Astareal had that guy on the ground before he knew what hit him. She didn't bother to use the knife because she didn't plan on hurting anyone too severely today. The other person let out a squeal and ran back home, probably going to gather more people to fend off this creepy woman with a knife who was going to kill two people first and then wipe out the village.

Taking up a friendly tone, Astarael looked at Akuma and smiled. "Can we go now? I want a bandage for my finger." Sticking her finger in her mouth, she licked what blood there was left on it off and then wiped the rest on her cloak. Good enough for now.

Akuma just stood there while Astreal handled the person who tried to 'save' him. After she mentioned wanting to leave he nodded. They might as well leave now while everyone was gone. Once they were a good distance away he looked at Astreal. "Seems my theory about people are right. They are incredibly sexiest.............but i suppose i can't say anything since i am the same. The demon smiled mischievously. "This isn't as fun as i thought it would be. So i'm open to any fun ideas for what to do next."

"Fun ideas?" Astareal looked at Akuma for a moment, raising an eyebrow. Fun ideas. She was drawing a blank. Fun ideas.... fun ideas? Fun ideas! Eh, still nothing. "We could go down and mess around by the ocean. Or we could go climb a tree. Or go hunting. Or go shopping. Or go to the bar. Or... draw a picture? Tease people? Steal candy from babies?" Astareal was beginning to run out of her ideas. That was all that she could think of at the moment, but pretty soon one of them should be more and more appealing until finally something good ends up coming to mind. Something fun was bound to appear in a moment. It was just seeing what that was that would be a problem.

Akuma chuckled at her suggestions. "I suppose those thing would be fun in their own way. Sometimes simple is best. I'm not sure which would be the most interesting. Too be honest i would rather just let you plan what we do." He always came up with things to pass the time away, she could do it for once. Hopefully though she wouldn't pick something creepy like playing with dead things.
