“Who died and made you boss?”
::Name:: Astareal Kibeth Walker
::Age:: 98, looks 23
::Species:: Sorcerer, classified as a Necromancer
::Special Abilities?:: Can raise and control the dead with her set of seven bells.

::Appearance:: Astareal has long brown hair pulled back in two braids, two pink bows holding said braids together. She has different colored eyes, one blue and one green. Her clothing varying, there are two things always seen on the girl. A black bell bandolier running across her chest and a sword at her hip.
::Personality:: Astareal can be a very violent person. She doesn't let anything or anyone stand in her way. She doesn't follow orders very well and isn't fond of sharing. She is quite the witch when she wants to be. You can consider this Necromancer to be nocturnal, only coming out at night, the only time when her Dead companions can come out and play. Despite being quite the rude and mean person, Astareal will talk to some people without threatening to kill them. This all depends on what kind of music she had heard that day. Music is very influential to Astareal. Her beautiful, entrancing singing voice helps her with the Dead. The bells are the main thing keeping her connected to them, though.

::History:: Astareal wasn’t born; she was created. Lightning hit marble naturally and she was brought into life as a result of this. She is only alive due to her Spark; her source of life. Astareal has had no real friends in her life, normally to much of a jerk to make a friend. Her life has always been influenced by music, the main impact on her mood. Yrael is a cat that she has made her servant, allowed to shape-shift only with Astareal’s permission. The war had no impact on Astareal, she basically just sat there and watched people die happily, knowing that one day she could use the bodies to her advantage.
As of now Astareal is sick of the Hybrids, ready to kill them all at any time. She doesn’t really like humans all that much, though if they die she’d gladly take over their bodies for her own uses. Astareal has no alliances or partners; she strictly works solo. Once she had a partner, and that didn’t work too well considering how one of her hands thought that he looked appetizing and sucked the Life clean out of him.
Astareal hasn't changed much with the disease and is having fun with all of the new dead bodies. For some reason, though, she never seems to catch the disease. No matter how much time she spends with them, she still ends up fine and dandy. No matter how much he annoys her, though, she seems to have a bit of a budding crush on Akuma Roku, depending on what mood she's in.
::Other:: Astareal has a small white cat called Yrael.
::About the Bells:: There are seven bells, the first the size of a fist and the last the size of a jar. Each bell is assigned a name and an ability.
Ranna, the Sleep Bringer; takes all those who hear it into slumber.
Mosrael, the Waker; throws the ringer further into death but the listener into life.
Kibeth, the Walker; gives the dead freedom of movement or forces them to walk at the ringers will.
Dyrim, the Speaker; grants speech to dumb, tongueless dead, or gives forgotten words their meaning.
Belgaer, the Thinker; restores independent thought and memory to those who hear it.
Saraneth, the Binder; shackles the dead to the ringer's will.
Astareal, the Sorrowful; it casts all those who hear it (including the ringer) into deep death.
::About the Dead:: There are many types of Dead creatures Astareal can bring to life. There are certain circumstances about the time when she can summon the dead. All Dead, Lesser or Greater, must continuously reap the living to remain in Life, feeding on Life to restore their own essence, which constantly seeps into Death. First I'll go into depth about the types of Dead that are available to summon.
Dead Hands- the most common and easiest Dead beings to summon. All you need to summon one of these is a corpse and a spirit. Dead hands cannot be outside in sunlight or be near water, or they will be destroyed.
Gore Crows- These birds travel in flocks. They share a spirit, and one spirit can support up to 100 crows. These birds can fly in the daylight, but cannot touch water.
Shadow Hands- These creatures are extremely hard to destroy due to their lack of a body. They are dark and can travel during the day.
Mordaut- These are like leeches, choosing a host and taking over its body. These do not kill the host but feed from other people's life supply. Mordaut's are also easy to summon, but not really worth it.
Mordicant- A Mordicant is like a giant, flaming werewolf. It takes more to summon one of these creatures, as they are pretty much of the Greater Dead. These are used as trackers and are able to withstand sunlight and running water. They are a special type of the dead, and are pretty much a devoted hunting dog.
Beings of the Greater Dead- These are the hardest of all to summon, and you have to go very close to the ninth precinct to get one of them. They are harder to control and put the Necromancer more at risk. As all of the other Dead creatures, they too do not like sunlight nor can they touch water.
::About Death:: Now for the Nine Precincts of Death.
The First Precinct is simply knee-deep water, and can be thought of as the entrance to Death. Its Gate is a huge waterfall.
The Second Precinct has pitfalls throughout its domain and low visibility; its gate is a whirlpool.
The Third Precinct has huge, periodic waves, which will pick up and carry creatures through the gate, a wall of mist. Creatures caught by the waves this way are often too stunned to resist the water's current and are carried beyond the ninth gate.
The Fourth Precinct has a low concentration of Dead, as most of those who reach it have been stunned by the Third Precinct's waves, and are carried easily through the current to the dangerous and deceptively short waterfall that is its Gate.
The Fifth Precinct is too deep to wade through, and would change a necromancer's body and spirit for the worse. It must be crossed by a thin black bridge that frequently attracts dead creatures.
The Sixth Precinct has no current, and the water is present as a shallow pool. There are many dead creatures that dwell in this Precinct, some of whom are Greater Dead. The gate has no substance and can appear anywhere –it appears as a lift bordered by a cylinder of water.
The Seventh Precinct is basically just like the first precinct. Its gate is a line of fire that stretches across the river.
The Eighth Precinct has patches of floating fire that rear up at random. The Eighth Gate is a wall of darkness, which needs a spell to send a necromancer into the Ninth Precinct.
The Ninth Precinct is a starry sky; when the Dead look up towards it, most are overcome by its call, and they rise up to the Gate and pass through it forever.
Apart from the Gate and the Dead, there are no perils in the Ninth Precinct, and the current ends. Only an extremely strong will can overcome the call of the Ninth Gate if it is their time to die, most who resist are not yet at their time. No dead soul may return from beyond this gate.
When passing from Life to Death, Astarael’s body is vulnerable. She will be covered in ice back in life while roaming around in death. It’s basically just a willingness to travel into death that allows her to go into this realm without actually dieing. She can feel what is happening to her body, but once in the deep areas of death she wouldn’t be able to get out of Death in time to save herself.
