Ying grinned. "See Yang I'm not crazy. Lucien gets it, i guess you just don't."

Yang rolled his eyes but smiled at his sister. He would never admit it to her but he loved her bubbly personality. It was annoying at times but it made life more enjoyable.

Lucien's smile faded as a crash came from behind them, the man whirling around to see nothing but a fallen tree. Scanning the area, the prince sighed and ran his hand through his black hair. "Help! I've fallen and I can't get up!" This was said in a high, squeaky chipmunk voice that didn't sound like it could've came out of Lucien's mouth. Shaking his head lightly, Lucien looked to Ying and Yang, smiling. "I don't think that the tree wanted to fall by itself. Perhaps someone else is here?" It was a possibility, more likey that the tree just falling by itself.

Ying and Yang exchanged puzzled looks. "Maybe we should investigate." Ying said as she headed toward the tree."

"Or maybe we should leave." Yang said in a stern voice pulling his sister back. "If someone is here we should leave just in case they mean trouble."

Lucien sat there and thought for a moment, still in human form. That wasnt nessecarily a good thing, considering how that could easily turn into a problem if trouble arose. "An investigation wouldn't hurt anything, but it could be dangerous." As he said this he brought his hand up to his face and began stroking his imaginary beard. "I think that it would be better to check it out but stay a safe distance away. It's a slight compromise, at least."

Slowly and carfully the twins crept closer to where the tree had fallen. And saw a werewolve lumbering through the trees. It was really big and it seemed to be looking for something.

"Should we say hi?" Ying asked

"Maybe it would be best to watch it a while to see whether it is good or bad and what it wants." Yang whispered.

Lucien had went in the opposite direction of the twins, and began studying the sword that was laying just outside the reach of the dead man's hand. Lucien went to pick it up but when he did a spark flew from the sword to his hand and made the man jump back in pain. Switching over to vampire quickly, Lucien sighed. This time when he reached to grab the sword the spark didn't come and allowed the prince to pick it up with little resistance.

Throwing the sword back onto the ground Lucien made his way over to whre the twins were, analzying all the useful information the enhanced senses allowed him to acknowledge. The vampire wanted to give everyone around him a bath, the scent of dog nearly overwhelming him. It was sad how this only happened when he got close to a werewolf, but the scent was bearable due to the fact that he was a partial werewolf himself.

"I think it's looking for something, considering it's body movement."

"We figured that much already." Ying said.

The twins continued to watch the big werewolf. The werewolf looked around once more and let out a long angry howl before leaving.

"Well that was strange." Yang commented.

"Whoever it was he/she was really angry about something."

Laughing lightly as the creature howled, Lucien smiled. Why he was smiling it was hard to tell, but it just came naturally and without hesitation. He felt like he knew that werewolf from somewhere. Getting the laughter out of his mind, pushing happiness to the side, Lucien looked at the twins. "I have half a mind to chase after it. It would be fun, and something to do. You game?" This may not be the best idea but it would be nice to figure out what the werewolf wanted. Who/what it was after would be nice to figure out. Heck, it may have even been one of those strangers who had attacked earlier.

The twins looked at each other and shrugged.

"Sounds like fun.!" Ying said excitedly.

"I guess there isn't anything better to do and it might be important." Yang said nodding.

Both the twins headed for the direction the giant wolf went.

Be careful and stay put. Not every stranger you meet will be as pleasant as you. Someday your going to end up in trouble. Yang warned his sister telepathically.


Whatever...

Lucien was startled as someone came up from behind him and tried to pin his arms to his sides. Instinctivley Lucien clamped down on the arms aroud him, what venom he had entering his attackers blood stream. This was enough to make the person step back and scream; enough to immobilize the attacker's arm. Lucien spun around on his heels, a snarl coming from deep inside him. "Who are you? Give me a reason I should hesitate to kill you." The words themselves were raspy and harsh, sounding poisonous. There was no one to be seen behind him, no sign of anything living.

"Where are you?" Lucien scanned the area, smelling and analyzing. Where the hell did his attacker go? Lucien let out a frustrated groan and stomped his feet. The next thing he knew his body was being enclosed in a rubbery subtance.

((OOC: The attacker wasn't actually a werewolf; it's a shapeshifting Hybrid.))

Ying and Yang turned around to see some thing attack Lucien.

Ying turned into her were form and immediately rushed over to help. She slashed at the rubbery substance around Lucien to free him.

Yang picked up the huge branch he had earlier and went over to the other two. "What is that thing?"

"no idea. It smells familiar i think it is the werewolf we saw earlier only i think it as actually something else."

"No kidding." Yang muttered sarcastically.

The rubbery substance was refusing to break; it was taking damage yet not really caring. Apparently the venom hadn't been very effective so the creature must've had venom of it's own. Lucien had pulled a small pocket knife out of his belt and began trying to cut through the thing that held him captive. If he wasn't able to get out soon then his Claustrophobia would probably kick in and drive him insane.

Finally able to get a small tear in the material, the Prince forced it open and practically tore it in half, the thing shifting again. It couldn't make up it's mind but it decided on a bear; letting out a roar before getting down on all fours and running at Lucien. Doing perhaps the dumbest thing in the world, Lucien shifted into his actual werewolf form and charged the beast. It was going to be all brute force determining the winner of this battle, unless he could come up with a plan. Maybe if he could knock the creature out, he could trap it, pen it up, and get some answers.

"Anyone have a way to immobilize this thing?"

Ying grinned. "Absolutely. " She said as she ran off in to the woods to get the supplies she would need to make a trap for the creature. Turning back into her human form she dug into her dress pockets and took out some enchanted necklaces an old witch gave her a long time ago. She cames back after a few minutes. "try to get it over there" She said to Lucien, pointing in the direction she just came from. Her trap was simple, a giant hole covered by dried leaves and twigs. But she put the enchanted necklaces around it. The witch said that they had the power to cancel out magic. Perhaps it would stop this unknown creature from shape-shifting and then they would see what it really was.

Yang wasn't quite sure what he could do to help. He wasn't as good as his sister for plans, at least not this quick. And in human form even with superhuman strength he wasn't strong enough to physically stop the creature. Especially since it was able to withstand Yings earlier attacks so easily.

Lucien barreled into the creature, ticking it off and stopping them where their bodies met. This thing was definitley stronger than it looked. Regaining his balance quickly, Lucien shifted and brought himself a headache. The Vampire was best at running. The bear raised it's paw and swung at Lucien, but the man dodged it quickly and took off, running at the speed of a normal human. The bear chased him, Lucien kicking up the speed a little. Wondering what Ying was planning, Lucien got a 'gut-feeling' and hung a left.

The creature didn't have time to follow and kept going forward, sliding reluctantly into the trap Ying had set. The creature let out a vicous scream and fell into the hole. Lucien stood panting by a tree, massaging his head lightly. Stupid headaches. "That was a good plan, Ying." Lucien shook his head violently, trying to shake off the pain. Stupid creatures. What did it want? Cautiously he walked over to the hole and peered in, a pair of gleaming red eyes staring back.

"Thanks. So what now?" She asked Lucien. She walked near the hole to see what the creature was. Would the creature talk to them? Was Lucien going to kill it? There was a lot of possibilities.

Yang followed and peered into the hole. "It's too dark to see, we need light."

"I can't think of everything....and besides the sun should be high in enough to see soon."

Lucien studied the creature, noting the color of it's eyes. They were the only thing visible right now; everything else way to dark to see. It was somewhat sad that the sun was taking it's time today, making sure the prince's patience would be tried. Lucien had plans for this person; wanting to know what it wanted and why it had attacked him in the first place. The interrogation could start now, but it was hard to tell whether or not the creature would talk.

"What buisness do you have attacking people at random?" The words were laced with Vampiric charm, Lucien's voice somewhat entrancing and sing-song-ish. The creature looked to the prince and glared, eyes noticabley filled with hatred. This was probably going to be a while, considering how none of the questions would be answered truthfully... unless they were to torture the creature. The would be inhuman and rather hard to do considering how the creature was a shape-shifter.

Lucien looked to Ying and Yang, an emotionless expression on his face. "Perhaps it's allergic to the sunlight?" A smirk spread across Lucien's face as he pointed to the sky, the sun slowly creeping up higher and higher. The victim in the hole was silent, but it's eyes went to the ground. Perhaps it was nocturnal or just afraid of the sun?
