Life is Good

Alea laughed at that. "You know, I was just kidding. Please, please don't strip in front of me. I'd have to kill you."

"You don't have enough guts to kill me. It's probably against your code of conduct. And now you tell me you were simply kidding? That's a relief. I thought that you were a little loony." Armageddon grinned and shook his head, hoping that things would just fade away. Past events were to hard to hold onto for long. The boy laughed again, in spite of himself, and shook his head. "You really are an.... odd girl. You know how to keep someone on their toes. And I promise, I won't strip in front of you...... unless.... you want me too." He had said that just to see her expression.

Alea gave him a horrified look. "Of course I don't want you to! I mean, thats immoral isn't it?" Alea wondered why he would ask such a thing. However she couldn't keep the red from creaping up her cheeks. She turned her back to him so he hopefuly wouldn't see it.

"Awww. You're blushing!" Armageddon laughed lightly, a wide grin on his face. "It isn't immoral if you're married, is it? I think that it would be fine to see someone naked, as long as you didn't then proceed into something else." Armageddon shrugged. Perhaps that was just his opinion. Perhaps he was creeping her out. That wouldn't be a good thing. "But if it makes you feel better, then I won't strip."

Alea shook her head in disgust. After the redness in her cheaks went away, she turned back aroun to face Armageddon. "Who would want to do that anyway? Thats just nasty. I mean, I guess it's fine if you're married, but still... yuck."

"Yuck? It's a naturaol process of life. Mother nature meant things to be that way." Armageddon shrugged. He wasn't one to take this topic lightly, nor one to take it seriously. "You know what I just thought of? If this as wrong, then why do people bathe their children? They seem them naked all the time." The boy shrugged once again, smiled, and turned around, staring at the falls. He took in a deep breath, adn then exhaled. "I wanna go on another cloud ride."

Alea was quite happy with the sudden change of subject. "Well as long as we dont run into any birds this time, I guess that'd be fine."

"Apparently, birds mean that fun is on it's way. Therefore, I also hope that we don't hit a bird." Armageddon began to draw up a little water, creating particles for the air to stick too. Or something, because it worked. The boy climbed aboard the small cloud and grinned. "Either I can scoot up or you can sit on my lap." He started laughing, because he thought that he was funny. He was only pulling her leg, so that shouldn't be that much of a bad thing.

Alea got a devilish look on her face. She knew he was kidding, but couldn't help but give into the temptation of taking this challenge. "Ok, but you asked for it." She got onto the cloud, sat on his lap, and smiled a sinister smile.

Armageddon's eyes grew wide. He swallowed. "You are an evil little girl." The boy shook his head lightly and made the cloud go forward, slowly. Dang, did she have a bony butt. That wasn't a good sign. Then he thought of it. "So, now that you are sitting on my lap, I guess that means you like me." The boy grinned, a sinister little look, matching Alea's. He raised an eyebrow.

Alea gave him an amused look and a half a smile. "Me. Like you? You have got to be joking." Alea shook her head. "Sorry to disapoint you, but I can't say that I am..."

"Oh, lemme guess. You're not into guys? I see how you are. But, if you do like guys, then I know you must like me. At least as a friend." Armageddon had a light playful tone at the beginning and then a serious, grave tone at the end. He knew that Alea wasn't homosexual, so there shouldn't be a problem with that. The question was: Did she actually like him? As more than a friend?

Alea smiled. "Of course I like guys! And about me liking you, well... that may be just a little dificult to explain.... I mean, yea, I guess I kind of do like you..."

Those comments just made Armageddon giggle a little more. "Well it's probably best to admit it. Then you can recover from your problems." The boy grinned, knowing that the elf could not see him. The cloud landed out in the middle of an unnamed meadow, the green grasses blowing around their feet. It was so nice to be alone...

Alea looked around her. "I've never been here before. Where are we anyway?" Alea was tring so hard to change the subject, but without sucsess. Her mind kept drifting back to one thought: Did she like Armageddon as just a friend, or more?

Armageddon thought for a moment. Where were they, exactly? The boy looked around for a moment, before deciding upon a decent answer. "I don't know. It may be a subdivision of Stargazer Meadow, but..." Armageddon scratched his head. That was a wonderful question. Who knew? It may have been Shadow Valley, too... but...
