The shakey Egg (Open)

Zurth smiled, and pulled his hood down. Showing his scarred eye, and his blue eyes. His shaved light brown hair, he smiled at her. He didn't know what to say, he didn't know if he should ask her if this is what she wanted to see. He was confused, most people ignored him, but for once someone noticed him.

Keykku smiled, studying Zurth's face. "You're beautiful." This somehow managed to slip out of her mouth. Realizing what she had said, she quickly clapped her hand over her mouth, turning bright red. That happened a lot, but never on this scale. Keykku laughed lightly, removing her hand to reveal a small half smile. "That wasn't really supposed to come out, but your eyes are pretty."

Zurth raised his right eyebrow. Then blushed unexpectedly. He smiled, and looked away, but looked back at her when she spoke. He was tempted to kiss her, but decided it was too soon. "Ummm..." Zurth thought for a moment trying to find the words to use. Thank you wouldn't be good enough. He was speechless, again.

Keykku looked at the ground, picked up her foot and slammed it down. "There was a bug. I hate bugs." Smiling lightly, she looked from the ground to Zurth's face, after doing this she stayed quiet, thinking and studying, trying to get some of the pieces of the puzzle to go together. "So...." Keykku had ran out of words momentarily, and managed to stay quiet and emotionally blank. How long the moment of silence would last, who really knew?

Zurth laughed, and looked into Keykku's eyes. He slowly put his hands onto her shoulders. He didn't want to speak or to ruin this perfect silence. The dead guy on the ground, the dragon asleep in the bush, and Finn was quiet as always. Zurth thought over and over of what he was going to do next. Trying not to ruin this perfect moment.

Keykku took a deep breath and looked up at the man, beginning to think about what was going to happen next. With every second came another opportunity for something bad to happen. When there was too much good, there evil would be, lurking in the shadows, ready to spring at any moment. It was sad how it had to be that way, but that was the way things worked. Looking up at the man in front of her, she began to think for a moment before breaking the silence. "So. Wanna help me get these nasty dead guy germs off my wrist?"

Zurth smiled, and put his hood back up. "Sure," Zurth walked up to Garoth, and woke him up. Garoth jumped up, and looked around, then looked at Zurth. The two exchanged looks, and Garoth began to run towards the ocean, Zurth waited for Keykku to begin walking.

Finn stood and stood beside Keykku, sending a look toward the blonde that was rather intimidating. Instead of being frightened, the blonde patted the dragon on the head and walked forward, heading for the ocean. Finn was a party pooper, always had been, always would be. Keeping her eyes set on the horizon she began to play around with the hilt of her sword, feeling how cold it was despite the warmth of the day. Stopping to stare out over the ocean, she caught a glimpse of a few snow white birds and smiled; today truly was a lovely day. Staring at her wrist, she took a few more cautious steps toward the ocean. "I wonder how cold the water is." Keykku mumbled to herself, staring at the water quietly.

Garoth jumped, and splashed in the ocean water, enjoying the coldness of it. Zurth sat down in front of the ocean, and watched Garoth play in the water. Zurth smiled under his hood, and looked at Keykku.

Keykku stared at the water and decided that she was going to have to make a desicion; either wash off her hand here or wait until later and let the germs multiply. Reluctantly, she got closer to the water. After collecting enough bravery, she stuck her hands into the icy water and began to scrub her wrist, deciding that her ankle would be washed later, in warmer water, and with soap. After she was done she walked back and plopped down by Zurth, smiling lightly. "I think it's clean now."

"You think?" Zurth grabbed her wrist, and sniffed it. "Smells clean if you ask me" Zurth laid down and looked up with his eyes closed. He had been up all night unable to sleep, and now he could barely stay awake. He was close to falling asleep in the middle of the day, but he tried to stay awake.

"How long's it been since you've slept in a real bed?" Keykku asked curiously, looking at Zurth. The question had randomly popped into her head, her eyes lighting up as she asked it. Keykku was wide awake, and would remain so until she began to lose energy. That orange was going to go a long way for her, but she was beginning to get hungry again, and that wasn't a good sign.

Zurth thought for a moment. "It's been almost seven years since i've slept in a good bed." Zurth looked at her. He yawned again, and closed his eyes trying to hide them from the sun.

Seven years? Keykku tried to imagine that, and looked out to the ocean quietly. Getting lost in the blue waves for a few minutes, she began to think of something she could do. She definitely wasn't going to go and get latched onto by another over-half-dead person. Wrinkling her nose she stood and meandered away, thinking to herself, wondering what was going to happen next. That restless feeling was growing in her stomach, she needed to do something to occupy herself.

Looking to Finn, the dragon seemed to be paying no attention to any of the surroundings, eyes locked on a large tree. Keykku ignored this and walked closer to the ocean, stopping a few feet out of the reach of the waves. Sitting down, she began to create a mound of sand, not knowing what would it would become. This would keep her occupied until the sand refused to cooperate.

Zurth watched her with through his sleepy eyes. "Having fun?" He smiled, and laid back down. He could hear Garoth splashing his heart out, enjoying the cold ocean sea. The splashing making it difficult to sleep, but he didn't mind. As long as Garoth was enjoying himself everything would be fine.

Keykku looked to Zurth, smiled, and went back to patting the sand. "Keeping myself occupied is always fun." Grabbing a small stick, she stuck it right in the middle of the mound of sand, staring at the pathetic little thing with admiration. Getting up on her knees, she wrote a series of symbols around the castle, just a bunch of random shapes, nothing more.... in her mind at least. Flopping back down she stared up at the clouds, taking note of the ones that looked like disfigured rabbits. "That one kind of looks like a cow." Keykku noted aloud, staring up at the sky.
