A Relaxing Evening (Yumi)

"What's wrong?" The twins asked this at the same time. They also punched each other at almost the same time, Ambrosia thought of it first. The two stared up at Xander, awaiting an answer. They didn't have much to do and Armageddon hoped they weren't being annoying or intrusive, that just wasn't really who he wanted to be.

Well you have four options that I can see. Don't tell 'em. Tell 'em the truth. Tell 'em a lie. Run away like a small bewitched child. Or the fifth; let me handle it. Bob grinned internally, wondering what he could potentially do. A little evil plan would be kicking in soon, he could tell. It was either going to be Xander and his peacful little mind or Bob and his evil little self.

" um ..well..." Xander paused trying to find the right words to explain. " The sun bothers me.... and if it is ok, i think... i should head back to the darker part of the forest." He said quietly, kind of embarrassed. Deep down part of him knew it wasn't anything to be ashamed of, but he still felt bad about it. He hoped they wouldn't get mad or think he was a freak.

Ambrosia raised an eyebrow. Afraid of the sun? But the sun was so bright and happy and stuff! Apparently the kid was allergic to it or something. Why else would someone hide from it? Unless they were nocturnal, of course, but... Ambrosia sighed and folded her arms across her chest. She wasn't going to move an inch. She wanted to see the sun when it came up. Ambrosia studied the boy, wondering what his past was like, and who his parents were.

Armageddon listened to the boy quietly, not giving much of a reaction. He didn't mind going deeper into the wood as long as a tree didn't try to eat him... or trip him... or smack him... or poke him... Armageddon didn't like mean trees. He hated some of them, especially the little bushes that looked like trees but were probably bushes anyways that had thorns on them. (If that's confusing it's because it's supposed to be ) "If it makes you feel better I'll go with you. There might be humans running around in there for some reason."

Xander breathed an inward sigh of relief. They didn't seem to be freaked out. "no, it's ok you guys can stay if you want. Now that i know what their like, i will just avoid them." He said in response to Armageddon. They seemed to want to see the sun so he didn't want to make them come with him. If he could he would probably want to watch the sun to. He began to head toward the deeper part of the forest without another word.

Armageddon watched Xander walk away, thinking about what to do. He looked at Ambrosia and studied her for a moment. "Are you going to come with me?" Ambrosia looked at her brother and raised an eyebrow. "I'm staying here." Armageddon sighed and stood up, walking into the woods. It wasn't really that bad, and the sun wasn't important to him anyways. He didn't care whether it was light or dark, it was nice outside. Ambrosia watched her brother walk away and debated walking after him, standing up as she saw the storm clouds approaching. "Armageddon, wait up! I've changed my mind!" Ambrosia looked around wildly, trying to find her brother. Instead of seeing him she walked in the direction he went, hoping to catch up to him in a moment.

Once out of eye sight Xander turned into a black panther and climbed up a tree. The trees were actually quite harmless, they were just over protective of their territory. They were suspicious of any non animals around, so sometimes they played nasty jokes on people to get them to leave. He noticed Armageddon walking along. Xander wondered why he decided to follow him.

Armageddon looked around, trying to find where Xander had went. He summoned his scythe, feeling more comfortable with it rather than his sword. Just in case, of course. Seeing a small, blossoming plant in front of him, the elemental's eyes visibly brightened as he ran up to the plant and giggled like a small child. "Moily! Holy crap! Never thought I'd see this out in the wilderness...." Armageddon's scythe dissappeared and he dug through his pockets and pulled out a test tube and a pair of tweezers.

Ambrosia didn't see her brother or Xander and she began to get worried. It was darker in the forest that she had expected so she brought out a little fire ball so she could see in front of her face. All she could see was trees and other vegetation, nothing that wasn't green. "Stupid trees. I hate you all. You probably ate my brother." After saying this a noise came from behind Ambrosia, a crash, and the girl whirled around. A startled cry came from an animal or something, along with a roar. "What the heck is going on?"

Xander was about to return to a human and ask Armageddon what he was doing. But he heard a strange sound coming from another part of the woods. Curious he went to go and take a look. He remained in the trees for cover and slowly he made his way over to the sound. However, other then Ambrosia he didn't see anyone or anything. Xander wondered why they followed him, didn't they want to see the sun anymore.

Armageddon proceeded to pick the plant, concentrating on that and only that. This would work really well for headaches and stuff. Ambrosia constantly had it on hand, Armageddon failed to see where she got it.

Ambrosia looked around wildly, still trying to figure out what that noise was. There was nothing really in her field of vision. Hopefully it wasn't anything important. Ambrosia kept telling herself that, continously hoping that whatever it was happened to be inanimate. She took a deep breath and refocused. She walked forward toward the sound, curious as to what it was.

Xander still in the cover of the trees came closer to the sound. It looked like it was just a small animal cub that fell out of one of the trees. Its mother was already there trying to coax it into climbing the tree again. Xander watched silently his yellow panther eyes taking in the interesting scene. He was glad that it wasn't anything dangerous. After a bit he jumped down from the tree he was in and returned to his human form and went to see Ambrosia. "Your brother is in that direction" He said pointing.

Ambrosia noticed a large cat in the tree and stopped herself from sucking in a whole bunch of air. It wasn't dangerous. The cry came again, still unidentified to the girl. She just stood there like an idiot and watched. Out of nowhere came Xander's voice, making Ambrosia turn around. "It's not nice to do that. I have a hyperactive heart that practically stops beating when you do that. I don't like sneak attacks." Ambrosia's eyes were wide and she was trying to act innocent, even though it probably wasn't working.

Armageddon continued to pick at the plant, ending up with a full tube of the herb. This would come in handy sometime, he could tell. The little purple flowers tasted horrible but relieved intense pain in milliseconds. "This is so amazing. I'm going to have to remember where this plant is so that I can get more." Armageddon liked talkig to himself, he was good company. That and he understood everything that he was going through.

"Sorry" Xander said when he accidentally scared Ambrosia. He stood there and waited to see if she was going to say anything else or if she was going to leave to find her brother. His eyes wandered around the forest, it was nice. He wondered what it would look like if the sun were to shine in it. Probably even better.

Ambrosia turned toward the direction where Xander had said Armageddon was located. She debated on wandering over there and figuring out what her brother was doing, but for some reason, decided against it. Things would be much more fun to just go over there and try to scare the crud outta him. That and if he screamed like a girl he owed her some money. Bets were a fun thing to make with that kid. Ambrosia started off in the direction of her brother, beginning to come up with a plan to scare him.

Armageddon had finally stood up and began to brush off his pants when he heard a crunching noise from behind. He spun around and looked, wondering what it could be. "Ambrosia? Xander?" Armageddon searched the trees with his bright blue eyes, striving to figure out what it was. Deciding that it was nothing he looked toward the plant, trying to see any others that may be around. Spotting one he walked forward and got back on his knees, concentrating on the plant. A few seconds later another crunch came from behind, but he didn't look to see what it was.

Xander stayed where he was and let Ambrosia go. He was kind of glad that she decided to leave. As nice as they seemed he had enough socializing for one day. Bob would have probably gotten angry soon and taking over if she hadn't left anyway. Xander turned back into a panther and climbed up the nearest tree, if they wanted him they would look for him.

Ambrosia was going to try and sneak up on Armageddon but decided against it when she saw the mysterious figure sneaking up on him. It didn't look alive; it looked like a zombie. Behind it was a little cat boy, with snowy white hair and a little bell around his neck. Ambrosia studied them and her brow wrinkled in thought. The one figure sure was grotesque, though. Disgusting would work but she liked grotesque better. "It looks like it was brought back from the dead." This was said under her breath, not meant to be heard by anyone but herself. Sadly, the little cat had heard it too and turned to look in her direction, its yellow eyes gleaming eerily.

Armageddon had set to work on the flowers, a grin resting on his face. The crunches behind him continued. He still didn't turn to look, not minding the fact that Ambrosia was trying to scare him. Or so he thought.

Yrael had recruited a Dead hand. He was in charge of babysitting. The Dead creature had found a nice person to prey upon. When the sorceror saw that little twerp in the woods he stopped and stared, a firm expression set on his face. This was not good.

Xander was still in the tree not really paying attention to anything. It was really quiet, maybe a bit too quiet. Ambrosia and Armageddon were probably still in the woods somewhere...it was odd that they weren't making any noise. Especially since they were usually arguing. He was debating on whether or not he should go and check on them.
